The Southwest Regional ABE Professional Development Coordinators of the Minnesota Department of Education along with the ATLAS program at Hamline University are pleased to offer this workshop for professional development.  CEU’s indicating attendance will be provided.

 

Steve Gilliland will show you how to turn negative attitudes into positive behaviors and problems into opportunities.  You’ll learn why people have bad attitudes in the first place and explore ways to head off conflict and confront people about their bad attitudes.  You’ll also learn powerful new ways to deal with the by-products of bad attitudes – resistance to change and personality conflicts.
