3.      Student Exits - Information was sent last week regarding Student Exit for the quarter ending July 31st.  Exit forms are due back to Barb by November 26th.  If you did not receive any information, you do not have any students who need to be exited.

4.       ATTENTION:  If you have not completed your self-evaluation, please have it to Pat no later than Monday, November 19th!
Pat is requesting that all Marshall ABE staff complete and return the Performance Self-Evaluation by November 16th.  This is being requested to assure that we are in compliance with several of the grants we are receiving, and  more importantly to assure the success of our services.  This evaluation gives Pat an opportunity to become aware of ways we can support our staff in the most effective manner possible.  Thank you for your cooperation in completing this form.

The form may be completed in several ways ---
    1)  The form was sent as an attachment in a earlier email.
        a) You can print it off and complete it -- paper and pencil - and send it in.
        b) Save it to your computer - complete it online - and email it as an attachment
    2)  You can access this link  http://www.marshalladulteducation.org/evaluation.htm  complete the form and hit the submit button

5.    Pay increase  - We are pleased to let you know that you will be receiving a .25/hour pay increase.  The increase is retro to July 1, 2007.  You should see the pay increase on your December 1st paycheck.  You will probably see the retro pay for hours worked from July 1 to October 31st at the same time.

6.    Inclement weather - It's that time of the year again when we need to be aware of the Inclement weather policy.  If your school is cancelled, has an early dismissal or late start due to the weather, your adult basic education class will follow suit.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7.    CASAS Post Testing - A reminder that it might be wise to post test your students before the holiday break.  Right now our percentage for level changes is only at 13%.  It should be closer to 33%.  So, we have a long way to go.
