Here are the details on the December 7th meeting that Pat is asking all of you to attend. Some of you will need to adjust your class schedules in order to attend. This is to be a mandatory meeting. If you feel you cannot attend, please talk to Pat.
What: Staff Meeting
When: Friday, December 7th; 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. (Pizza will be ordered and will be available from noon to 12:30.)
Facilitator: Toby Spanier
Discussion: Collectively generate ideas on how to creatively market SW ABE - Marshall services.
In preparation for the meeting Toby would like each of you to complete a survey. The link to the survey follows. The survey should be completed by Tuesday, December 4th.
An agenda for the meeting is attached. If you cannot open it, let me know and I can send one by snail mail.

4. CASAS
Post
Testing
-
A
reminder
that it
might be
wise to
post
test
your
students
before
the
holiday
break.
Right
now our
percentage
for
level
changes
is only
at 14%.
It
should
be
closer
to 33%.
So, we
have a
long way
to go.

Inclement
weather
-
It's
that
time of
the year
again
when we
need
to be
aware of
the
Inclement
weather
policy.
If your
school
is
cancelled,
has an
early
dismissal
or late
start due
to the
weather,
your
adult
basic
education
class
will
follow
suit.

Mid-year GED Graduation - Marshall will be holding a Mid-year GED graduation to honor learners who have earned their GED during May 1 to December, 2007. It will be held on Sunday, December 9th at 2:00 p.m. at the Senior Center in Marshall. Hope you will be able to attend and celebrate with us. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 7. Time sheets for Nov. 16-30th are due to Barb by noon on Monday, December 3rd. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8. November attendance/intakes/Casas scores are due by Tuesday, December 4th.
