SEND THE FORM AS AN ATTACHMENT – You must use Outlook Express (or Outlook) to use this option.  If you use another email client (POP3), like Eudora, try it – it just may work.  If you use web mail, like Hotmail or Yahoo, you’ll have to send the form as an attachment in the usual way you do it.

  1. After you complete the form, click on the File menu
  2. Point to Send To and click on Mail Recipient (as Attachment)
